Male lifestyle portal CraveOnline, a leading lifestyle destination for men, has acquired established hoops fan and basketball culture site HoopsVibe. HoopsVibe was founded in 2002 and covers all aspects of basketball culture, catering to the whole spectrum of fans. Terms were not disclosed.

Fashion Site Stylemob is acquired by Glam Media

Fashion site Stylemob has been acquired by woman/lifestyle/fashion network Glam Media. Terms were not disclosed. Stylemob is less than a year old, and has three employees.

Communicate.com Acquires Auctomatic.com

It was announced that Communicate.com, one of the better known domainers, has acquired Auctomatic.com for a reported $5 million. Auctomatic caters to eBay sellers and offers an online inventory management system from their site.  Communicate.com has been accumulating domain names and web properties for over 10 years.
