We also have a mentoring service through which real mentors assist our members with their freelancing needs. Mentors give members advice, they write proposals for the projects that they want to get and they answer them any question they may have. The whole idea is that mentors help them become successful as freelancers and as business owners.

We are constantly hiring mentors on our site and we hire them as independent contractors, not as employees and they can register for free on our site.

Our mentoring service is called RACsuccess-One-On-One service. Our video product is called RACsuccess package. We have made many sales of our video product but only a few sales of our mentoring service because this service is kind of new and our daily traffic is very low.

The RACsuccess package is our Video product. It consists of more than 80 videos that take someone who is a newbie working as as a freelancer in RentACoder.com to become a successful freelancer on that site. I received authorization from the owner of RentACoder.com to create this product in order to take screenshots and videos. Our site is more than what meets the eyes, thousands of hours have been invested on working on this site. A lot of money has also been invested. Our site is about 4GB in size with all the files it has and all the pages. OUr mentoring service has a lot of pages, it includes:

There is so much work that has been put into this site but the site is ready!, it means, the site is ready to receive customers. The video product is finished, the mentoring service is finished and is a subscription based service but also handles not subscribed members. The only reason we are selling our site is simply because we spent so much money on it and time but we are left with just a few bucks to advertise it. One curious thing is that we have never tried pay per click to bring in more clients. I am pretty sure that someone with money could easily advertise this website and make huge bucks!
