Localwork.com is a site dedicated to helping homeowners find local contractors. I built the site and tested it in the Phoenix market, and it has been an easy sell to contractors to get listed on my site. All the bugs are worked out, and it is ready to explode into any market.
Site comes with current paying contractors, plus payment terminal that allows you to step in with little to no knowledge of web design or functionality. All this site needs is a few sales reps to sign up the contractors, and you're off.
I built site with intention of growing it myself, however, my internet marketing company is taking off too. Have more passion in designing sites rather than being a sales rep for localwork.
