Website & Domain Listing Guidelines

Our goal at WebsiteBroker is to help connect buyers and sellers of websites. In order to provide the best possible marketplace for buyers and sellers, we request that you follow these guidelines:

The Guidelines

1. Do not use ALL CAPS in your title or description. "Title Case" and "Sentence case" are permitted.
2. Titles should include the name or URL of the property for sale.
3. Only one website or domain can be sold in each listing. The only exception is for domains that are available with multiple extensions (i.e. .org, .com, .net, etc.)
4. Every website must have its own domain name. No websites hosted on free services (such as Wordpress or Blogspot) are permitted.
5. All listings must have an asking price.(WebsiteBroker does not enforce the asking price and you are free to change it at any time)
6. No external links are permitted, except for links to additional statistics.
7. No banners or graphics linking to other websites are permitted.
8. Listings may not promote or link to any products, services, companies, or sites other than the website or domain listed.
9. All adult content must be properly categorized.
10. No illegal or hateful content is permitted.
11. No MLM, pyramid, ponzi, or spam-related content is permitted.

We reserve the right to modify, delete or add to these Guidelines at any time, with or without notice. Any site or domain that violates any of these guidelines may be modified, rejected, or deleted without notice.
