Ok, well I am selling http://www.siggz.net : Siggz.net An online resource for creating Signature Graphics for Forums, Emails, Myspace, etc, etc.

You may think offhand that this niche is that of one in a saturated market. Think again....

Those that know me, know that I gear most of my sites to the Family/ Parenting / Pregnancy niches... Siggz.net is geared towards all those, and contains some pretty amazing features. 3 Scripts/Apps that are completely unique to Siggz.net and hand coded.

Why am I selling?

Well, I had full intentions on keeping this site and developing it into a huge success.. However the nature of what I do is I create websites and then sell them. I get sick of things really quick and after putting about 4 months of work directly into this site, I think I have had enough of it.

What is so Unique about Siggz.net?

Aside from the regular things you see on some resource sites (Glitter Images, Smileys, etc) there are 3 applications that I am VERY VERY proud of.

1. Create A Family Application

This is nowhere on the web. Absolutely no where. I came up with the idea and ran with it. Women love this kind of stuff (believe me, I am a regular on tons of parenting / pregnancy forums). Basically, its a custom drag and drop script written in AJAX where the user can create a Family Sig for his / her forum signature, email signature, etc. Check it out to see all of its functions and features.

2. Scrapbook a Sig Application

This is another hand coded script based somewhat on the above. But has a few twists. I know that Digital Scrapbooking has become a huge things among women. This is another ONE OF A KIND application. There is no Sig Generator out there that you can create a sig from scrapbooking elements online. Not too mention the easibility of the app, etc. Both of these applications come with the ability to add more images by uploading to the correct directory VIA FTP, and they are automatically updated onto the script. So if you wanted to add more images, its very very easy.

3. Custom Sig Tag Generator

This is another great one. This one is written in PHP and uses GD/Image Magick to run. I have had this one custom coded and this is a completely unique script to the site. The user chooses a design from a category (Family oriented) and they simply add their own text to the images. I have designed each image myself, and love the final result.

4. The Social Network

This is powered by the one and only Dolphin by Boonex. I have modified this alot, add A LOT of paid modifications and added a custom design. You will need to check out all of the functions for you to be able to see it all, there are just too many to list.

One thing I have added to the Siggz.net Website (which I was going to host myself) is a contest which I was going to use to get the site off its feet.. This contains submitting a Sig Graphic to the contest area and the winner receives a free iPod Nano. I will still provide this prize if needed. I just put this up yesterday and I just finished adding the contest forum today, so so far there are no entries.

Other than what I have listed above, there of course a lot of other features to the site, you just need to check them out yourself. :)

Revenue Details:

So far there is only Adsense on the site, I think it has made about 3.00-4.00 so far. You could easily set up a charge method to charge for some of these applications. There are tons of ways to monetize this site.


Traffic Details:

I have aquired 800 Backlinks so far, so I am assuming the PR will go up at next update.

Traffic is coming from Google and Yahoo (I will provide all keywords upon sale), StumbleUpon, Word of mouth, Forums, and another website which I have partnered with. (Details will go to new owner).
