This is a medical education website. It has over 1.2GB of Power Point slideds that were from the public domain and from lectures that I have put together my self. This would be an excellent website for continuing medical education (CME) which can be very profitable. I started this website as a hobby and to help out other physicians, but no longer have the time to develop this. I also do not have the development knowledge on how to make this a business. I do have collegues who have similar sites who have made over $1,000 per month based on subscriptions only, with more than $3000-$4000 per month on advertising.
