ATTENTION: Marketing Agencies/Digital Marketers. This is a local lead generation website that is currently receiving calls from local people looking for a radon mitigation specialist. I am not very good dealing with customers so for the right person it would be easy for them to rent this site out for $500+ per month.
I also just don't have the time to deal with it anymore. The site comes with a GMB that is optimized and currently in the 5th position for the keyword, radon mitigation Omaha. The search term currently gets approx. 210 searches per month. With a little more work, it could be bumped up to the 3 pack. I can include the other keywords that I have researched. Great potential to expand.
On page optimization has been completed using Rank Math Pro. I have a tracking number through Call Scaler. I can easily transfer everything to the new owner. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything clarified.
