Another eCommerce store? Yes. Same, old low profit margins? No.

That's where Andel is different.

Andel is a lean eCommerce store designed to provide all the benefits of a normal eCommerce store but remove or reduce the downsides, making it extremely easy to run and manage, no matter your business goals.

With a commitment as small as 10 hours per week, you can maintain or even grow this store to multiple six figures and potentially build a 7-figure brand in the long term.

We sell one type of product - shoes to everyday men all around Europe and the UK. Unlike most new eCommerce stores that are set up and run to catch new and trending products before they die down, we work on an evergreen product to provide longevity and potential in the future. Our products start at a high price point (£45/$60) making the store more appealing to investors and buyers due to the higher margins and profitability.

Speaking about profitability, the store is currently sitting at a 40% gross margin which is 2-4X higher than typical eCommerce stores.

Since the start of the year, we have managed to generate £20K/$24K in revenue with roughly £8K/$9.6K in profit. Our store has seen 53,229 visitors in this timeframe. Most of this revenue was generated within the first two weeks of January where we saw £12K/$14.5K in revenue. The reason for the slowdown is that from January 20th to February 5th, our suppliers in China celebrated Chinese New Year which affected the business. Being an evergreen product, there are no spikes in sales/performance based on seasons, meaning the store can be scaled throughout the year.

During January, the store managed to grow a substantial 2855% from the previous period, with an almost 3% returning customer rate.

Being a new store, there is a ton of room to grow. Some of the ways this can be achieved is by:

- Increasing ad budget and testing new angles/offers
- Email marketing - with a growing customer base, this can soon prove to be very effective for the store
- Try new marketing platforms - we are currently getting all our traffic via TikTok ads, which has proved very useful
- Add new products with synergy to the store, or look for new upsells and cross-sells (current average order value falls between £45-£50/$60-$70)
- Test new price points and increase the price as the brand starts to grow over time
- Dedicate time to building and growing a social media presence that helps you increase profitability in the long-term
- Amazon FBA
