Dun & Bradstreet Acquires AllBusiness.com

Dun & Bradstreet Corp., has bought the online media and e-commerce company AllBusiness.com for about $58 million. It expects the acquisition to generate an additional $10 million of revenue in 2008. AllBusiness.com, which started in 1999, was originally sold to NBC in 2000 for a price tag of $225 million. It was later sold to a private company and raised additional funding in 2004 through 2006.

AllBusiness.com claims an audience of more than 2 million and a library of around 2 million pieces of business information. It is ranked around 8400 on Alexa and according to Quantcast has around 569,000 monthly unique visitors.
