MTV Networks Acquires Babunga

Nickelodeon/ MTV Networks has acquired Babunga, a network of niche websites that reach out to the parenting crowd. Babunga includes BabyNamesWorld.com, 3DPregnancy.com, WikiParenting.com, and PetNamesWorld.com. MTVN already had ParentsConnect, which is a community that the network launched in 2006.

SheKnows Acquires RealityTVMagazine

SheKnows.com,  an online destination for women, announced the acquisition of RealityTVMagazine.com, a leading web property covering reality TV programming since June 2003.
